We had a wonderful time! The games provided, pool, hot tub and spacious kitchen were terrific. Walking distance to amenities was so convenient and the overall location was perfect! Apek Rentals responded instantly, their communication was excellent and immediate.

Had a wonderful time during my stay 32nd birthday stay. Great outdoors, great relaxing vibes, great to also look out. Backyard is very large and nice, my dog was able to run around. Large walls for privacy and bedrooms were a great sleeping place.

We had a nice stay at this location. The house feels spacious and inviting. It's a beautiful property, and the pool was fabulous and clean. The APEK management team was friendly and responsive. They quickly delivered a new container of dishwasher detergent pods when we alerted them that they were out. The garage door stopped working during our stay, which meant we either needed to open and close it manually or leave our car parked outside in the 109 degree weather -- neither option was particularly compelling, and unfortunately they weren't able to repair the garage door during our stay.

This was my first time renting an airbnb and it was great. The place was great and the host was great as well. There was obviously a couple small/minor things but overall was a great place and I definitely will be renting this place again. Plus they had lots of extra amenities like towels, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, even coffee! Definitely recommend this place. Only thing I would add would be a pool table in the extra living room area. It is for sure worth the money to rent.

We travelled as 2 families - 4 adults + 4 kids aged 4-8. This house was great for our group. In a good location in Palm Springs. We paid extra to have the pool heated during our stay. Although kinda pricey, I must say the pool was really quite warm and meant the kids spent hours and hours in there. We all found the beds really comfortable and the linens were super soft. Kids loved the pac man game. Would recommend and would stay again.

My friends and I used this place for the 2nd year in a row and felt at home immediately. House was clean and well-stocked (except for laundry detergent). Internet connection didn’t work for one day, but contact responded well and took care of the problem. Due to coolish weather, the jacuzzi was a hit.

Great location in Palm Springs. 5 minutes from airport - 7 minutes downtown. Grocery store within 2 minutes. Great place for kids. We had 4 adults and 3 kids aged 6months - 2 years and it was a great place for that. Awesome yard and pool. Location is ideal especially if you want to
Visit Palm desert only 20ish away.

The property was in a perfect location near downtown, the airport, restaurants, etc… The fire pit didn’t work and we asked for some assistance but no one ever came by to look at it. Otherwise everything was fine.

This stay was fantastic! Only had 1 slight problem with a backed up drain but after notifying Joshua he had someone to the house in less than 2 hours to take care of it! Very impressive customer service. The pictures do NOT do this house justice.

We stayed here with our friends for my boyfriends 30th birthday and we had the best time! The house looked exactly like the photos. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful as well. I would definitely come back!

Absolutely gorgeous, beautiful house with plenty of room to lounge inside and outside. Rooms are, well, roomy. Well distributed space inside, you could have people napping while other people watch a movie in the living room without bugging each other. Outside there are also separate areas to be, where kids can be at the pool, while others can be playing on the lawn and yet others can be relaxing — all without being on top of each other. Nothing, it was great! The hosts were available via text to help with all our needs.

Our family loved our stay in palm springs. This airbnb was clean, spacious, and nearby to anything you might need to get to including several grocery stores or downtown palm springs. There was more than enough room for all of us and each bed was comfortable and clean. The pool and outside area was well maintained and we spent most of our time outside. Joshua went above and beyond a few times for us: when we noticed there was no umbrella outside because the gusty winds broke them. He delivered one right away, less than 30 minutes. He answered all of our questions and was readily available. We had no issues and we would definitely stay here again.

The house was a great and close location to downtown. it was clean and plenty of towels for the pool. I just wish they had more kitchen supplies for cooking.
my only complaint is the cleaning fee when I'm requiring to clean the dishes and run the dishwasher, also collect the towels.
some of the bed linens were not fresh smell.
towels for the pool, some of them were folded wet.
the toilet in the master bedroom was rocking. needed to be fixed.

I want to start off by saying this house is absolutely beautiful. The location was close to the airport, downtown, and local hot spots. The house is full with everything you need for your stay - extra towels, board games, air fryer, grill, and more. Our host was very fast at responding so anything our group needed he was fast and easy to get ahold of.
We only had some minor issues with this place that the host was very quick to help us with. Day 1 we were very excited to go swimming but unfortunately the pool was not clean and ready for us, when we messaged the owner he said the pool guys would be there soon to clean it. I would suggest to the owner to place a skimmer for people who are staying at the home to use.
We also didn’t love the extra added fees for wanting to check in early and leave late but overall was a wonderful home to stay and enjoy Palm Springs. Would stay here again.

the pool hot tub and yard were nice - even lawn games- floor plan was open and spacious and had most of the amenities we needed. The washing machine was broken but the hosts instacarted us some towels and then laundered and sent originals back too.

Spacious bedrooms and living space for two families with children. Comfortable and super clean. New appliances; big washer and dryer for all our clothes- great for a longer vacation (this was a stop over for us on a week long road trip). Backyard was big. Our group of 4 had a great time. Joshua and Marshall responded immediately to any wishes or concerns. The place was spacious, quiet and clean, and well-equipped for our daily needs. The shower stall in the second bathroom was a bit small, but that’s a very minor quibble. The outdoor jacuzzi was definitely a highlight! We’d love to come back sometime.

Joshua was a great host. And the house was perfect, exactly the space we needed and matched the photos to a T. Lots of places to gather, talk, dine. The backyard is huge with view of the mountains and very private. Peaceful morning walks through the quiet neighborhood was a great way to start the dat. We are definitely going to stay here again.
Any time we messaged Joshua a question he was very quick to respond. So appreciated. Host + House = 10 Stars!

This was place was great. The home was lovely and matched the description. It's very close to downtown Palm Springs. A quick 5 minute uber/drive.
Palm Springs is very sensitive about neighborhood sound, this home has a big warning that you cannot play any music outside, even from your phone, at any time. I felt this was a bit extreme, and if you are planning on hanging around the pool during the day it was odd not having the option to play music. I wonder if this is a Palm Springs thing or if the neighbors (who seem like long term home owners) complain against this airbnb. So be cautious if you chose not to follow the no music advise.
Note, you cannot heat the pool and the hot tub at the same time. Plan accordingly which one you want to use if you are traveling in the cooler months. The host did his best to help.
The host was very communicative. But I found it annoying they preferred to transact through a separate app called DACK. Not sure if this is a common practice for hosts.

Palm Springs and all the cities in the Coachella Valley prohibit any music outside or amplified noise. The jacuzzi and pool can not be heated simultaneously, however they can be switched back and forth and both remained heated throughout the stay.

We thought it would be a challenge to pack 9 comfortably into one airbnb within our budget, including 4 kids (ages 6,2,1,1). Joshua's place did exactly that. Everyone had plenty of comfortable and private space. Joshua was very responsive and took care of any questions or special requests we had with the greatest attitude and genuine thoughtfulness. The outdoor space was incredible; soaking in the hot tub on a cool and crisp morning was a treat. The kids spent most of their time playing in the sparkling clean pool. The location was perfect, the host was 5 star and the property exceeded expectations. We'll definitely be booking with Joshua again in the future.

everything was great ! check in and out was simple. the place was clean and really had everything you need. pool was a good size and it was great we were able to spend the long weekend with our fur babies. the starter for the jacuzzi did not work so we needed to reach out to the property owner to remote start. however they were very quick to respond to our request.

I spent my birthday weekend with some friends at Joshua’s house and had an amazing time. The house is stunning and clean and had everything we could need or want for the weekend. It is very close to downtown Palm Springs which has many great restaurants, shops and bars to enjoy. Joshua is super responsive and the couple times I needed to contact him he responded without delay. I would definitely stay here again!

My family was thrilled with this Airbnb. I think we are one of the first few folks to stay here since it was fixed up. We were very pleased — fast Wi-Fi, space to move around, hot tub, huge outdoor area, close to airport and downtown, big TV, etc. it was just great. My family gave me high marks for picking this place and I have two college sophomores who like to complain. Just a great place. There’s an air fryer! And a coffee maker that uses both pods and regular grounds if you want to make a pot!

Overall a very good experience. Josh was quick to respond and looking to help out. The place was well appointed, most things on the cheap end but still functional and comfortable. Internet is 300mbps which was great for multiple people working remotely. A good stay in Palm Springs close to the airport and a 40 mins walk from downtown.

Thank you Joshua & Amir for the lovely stay at Desert Xscape. It was a perfect get away for our Thanksgiving holiday to visit family nearby. The home is even better in person. We loved the welcoming touches of snacks and local coffee provided. Our hosts were very attentive and quick to respond with our inquiries.
The neighborhood is quiet and the house is located in a cul-de-sac that gives it a touch of privacy. There’s a shopping center conveniently nearby and downtown Palm Springs is a short drive.
The home itself is nicely equipped. We all now want new mattresses since Desert Xscape’s beds were way more comfy than our own at home! The fourth bedroom located off the video game room is separated from the others which provides a bit more privacy for someone in your party if they need it.
We just loved the back yard. My fav thing to do every night was to sit in the hot tub with the bubbles on and watch the beautiful natural light show of sunset against the shadows of the mountains. During the day it was great to have the additional seating at the large outdoor dining table for lunch and happy hour. And who doesn’t love a game of corn hole!
I would definitely book Desert Xscape again.
