Dog Friendly Oasis with Pool in Palm Springs

By far the best airbnb I’ve stayed in. Not only was everything clean and organized, the place itself felt like a 5 star hotel. We had everything we needed, even your own little private bar. Had places where you can take cute pictures. The patio was amazing. I just loved everything about this place. The location felt private and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this airbnb stay. March 2025… 1 week PERFECT stay!!!
We were two well travelled couples that enjoy Palm Springs yearly and always wanted to stay in that quintessential mid century modern type home with a fantastic vibe. This place ticked all the boxes and then some.
Well situated in a great area of PS with shops, restaurants and grocery stores nearby that made for easy safe walks. The house itself is large, decorated in true PS fashion, comfy beds, well appointed kitchen, awesome pool, hot tub and backyard. Clean clean clean.
Communication with the host was excellent and responses were timely. Wish all rental were this nice and hassle free. Will definitely repeat a similar stay if available to do so.

The Chanel Getaway was the perfect place for our trip away with our toddler and some friends. It was the ideal location to head to the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament for a couple of days and spend a few days relaxing by the pool in the amazing backyard. The house had all amenities we needed and they were incredibly accommodating for the items we needed for our toddler. We can’t wait to go back!

Great house! It was very clean and the setup is nice for multiple guests. The backyard is nice with the pool and firepit. Lots of space to sit and eat and enjoy yourself indoors or outdoors. In a quieter part of Palm Springs but it's easy enough to get around the area. I'd definitely rent this place again.

What an amazing Airbnb! We came here to really get out of town and fully relax in the sun and this place allowed us to fully do that and more. The gorgeous decor and cleanliness of the place made us feel like we were at a 5 star hotel. The pool and hot tub were wonderful as well and it was such a great place to lay in the sun while admiring the green lawn and pretty views. The fireplace and living room were perfect for some cozy late night chats with wine. The beds were super comfy and kitchen was perf. The location was great, loved walking out the door to the beautiful mountains every morning. Exceeded our expectations!

The home was in a nice neighborhood, easy for walking about, convenient to the airport and downtown Palm Springs. Everything we needed for our two week stay was available. The host left snacks and drinks for us which were much appreciated as we flew in late. The beds were comfortable and there were lots of towels. The pool was very nice as was the hot tub. The back yard is fenced in totally private with a fire pit, etc. The hosts answered our texts usually within a few minutes. We would rent this home again.

This was by far the best AirBnB I have ever stayed at. The home was gorgeous as pictured and very clean. During our stay in Palm Springs the weather was well over 100 degrees. The air conditioning did its job and kept the whole house nice and cool our entire stay. The pool was nice and clean and we were able to enjoy the outdoors and grill. The restrooms were spacious and clean as well. Good water pressure and a nice warm consistent temperature is important to me when showering, the showers at this property exceeded my expectations. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances we needed to make nice dinners and breakfasts. The communication from APEK was on point. Any time I had questions I received a response very quickly, they were attentive and extremely polite. We truly truly enjoyed our stay and if ever I visit Palm Springs again I will be sure to use APEK.

Really amazing place to stay. You're really staying here for the backyard and pool - both of which are amazing. Good location and quiet neighborhood. If you are with a group of friends, I'd recommend buying some plastic cups and paper plates before coming as the kitchen did not have many.

We had such an incredible weekend for my bachelorette party. The patio & poolside area was spacious and fun. The hot tub was luxurious. The kitchen was beautiful, with great appliances. Everyone on the trip commented on how comfortable the beds were. We all slept great. The living room was also very spacious and we were able to do yoga all together. Clearly a lot of thought and care went into this rental, and I couldn't recommend it enough!

I stayed at Joshua + Sadie's home with a group of gals for a bachelorette and I was told by many of the girls separately throughout the weekend how much they loved the home. The pool area is large enough for multiple people to relax on floaties, there is a flatscreen smart tv in every room so people could have alone time if they wanted, and there was even very nice Biotin shampoo/conditioner and face wash in each shower. This isnt your typical "large group" airbnb where things are skimped out on. We really could relax and enjoy ourselves at the home and were able to shower the bride with a great time and champagne by the pool. Thanks Joshua + Sadie for putting togeter such a beautiful space!

We had a wonderful week stay at Cadcade in mid-May. The description is accurate, well appointed, comfortable beds, lots of towels. House is in a gated neighborhood, well manicured, safe and quiet during the week. The outdoor space is amazing! We spent a lot of time in the pool. Hot tub is large and easy to adjust temp. With 3y and 6y kids we opted not to pay extra for pool heat and it was fine. The kids enjoyed playing cornhole and shuffleboard. We mostly cooked at home and ate outdoors when the temp was tolerable. The fan and awning helped cool things off.
The kitchen could use some extra mixing bowls and Tupperware. Ralph’s grocery store and CVS are close by. We ordered Costco delivery for other essentials for 9ppl. Lots of space in freezer and fridge.
The pool cleaner and yard people came. Garbage guys pick up directly from backyard so no need to roll cans to street.
The master and room with 2beds are in one wing of the house. 2 rooms with shared jack and jill bath in another wing. Another room with king bed and desk (useful for my SIL who worked and took zoom meetings) is across from dining room and that couple used the guest bathroom.
We had a few issues with supplies and Sadie was very responsive.
Overall we had a lovely time and will definitely consider returning if we have another big group.

We just returned from a week at Sadie and Josh’s house. From the moment we booked the trip through our entire stay, Sadie was extremely quick to respond to our questions and help that was needed. The home was lovely and had plenty of space for all of us (4 parents and 5 girls ages 9-17!). It was very helpful to have Roku TVs in each bedroom and outside on the patio. We also appreciated all the food storage space and well stocked kitchen utensils, cookware, and dinnerware. The backyard was wonderful and it was great to have so many different spaces (patio table, lounge area, chaises, grass, pool, hot tub) for everyone to hang out and enjoy themselves. We would definitely recommend this to our friends!

Sadie and Joshua did an awesome job with this rental property. I live in Santa Monica, CA and came to Palm Springs for a short stay. I found that the home feels high-end without being pretentious. It is beautifully decorated with well appointed amenities, including smart TVs in every room and on the patio. My family has a tradition of making s’mores and homemade pizzas. I was very excited that the double oven temperatures got over 500 degrees, making perfect pizzas. I’ve already rebooked a return trip later this year because of a great experience. Do yourself a favor and book this property for a relaxing stay.

This is one of the nicest Airbnb's I've ever stayed in. The pictures capture the stylish home perfectly; it is the perfect Palm Desert / Indio vacation home. It has all of the amenities you could ever think of plus more - an amazing guest book with great recommendations, incredibly comfortable beds + sheets and towels, nice bath products in all of the bathrooms, more dishware and cooking supplies than you would ever need, AMAZING outdoor space, even fun games and activities like backyard jenga, cornhole + shuffleboard. The backyard and pool were a highlight. Sadie was so communicative and helpful leading up to the stay and checked in to make sure things were going smoothly once we arrived. Would love to come back one day!

We just returned from a couple night stay at Sadie and Joshua’s house. We were so thrilled as soon as we walked into the house...super spacious, lots of bedrooms, great amenities, and last but not least the backyard with pool and hot tub was amazing!!! Honestly it felt like we were at a resort. If and when I needed to ask Sadie a question she literally responded within minutes. We look forward to staying there again some time in the future...hopefully sooner than later!!

Cascade is immaculate and chic -- it's a true oasis. All of the ammenities -- from the bar setup, to the cornhole, to the towels -- were amazing. The setup is great too. We were two families with six kids in total and everyone had plenty of space. We did experience some issues with the Internet, but Sadie and Joshua were quick to respond and gave us a credit as well. We were very appreciative of how easy they were to communicate with. We will definitely be back!

AMAZING HOUSE!!!We stayed at Joshua and Sadie's place over a long weekend and could not have been happier.
The place is large and spacious and fit our entire family very comfortably. The overall decor is light, trendy, and modern. The living space has many places to eat and hang out and if you want a more formal place to eat the dining room fits a lot of people. The master bedroom and bathroom are are huge and gorgeous. There is an awesome bathtub and shower that has amazing water pressure. Each of the additional 4 rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. There were plenty of pillows, blankets and extra towels.
We have stayed in other house where the hosts were stingy with what they provided but not with Josh and Sadie. Showers were fully stocked with high quality soaps. There was plenty of toilet paper and tissues. The kitchen was also well stocked with everything from garbage bags to soap and all the cooking supplies you might need.
The backyard pool area is amazing!!!! Pool and Jacuzzi were heated and sparkling clean. There were several different areas to hangout and relax. The yard feels like a real getaway! Fire pit, shuffleboard, corn hole, chairs in the pool, BBQ, and really beautiful landscaping.
Josh and Sadie also made sure to take care of us while we were there and answered any question or need immediately.
Stay here! You will not regret it!

This was exactly what an Airbnb is supposed to be: immaculately clean; everything useful and not useless design; everything worked; everything was tasteful and beautiful. Everything about this house was amazing. The space is much bigger than it looks in the photos. I stayed there with two other couples and the bedrooms are spaced allowing for plenty of privacy during your stay. The house has everything you need, from the fully equipped kitchen, easy to use fireplace, to the shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the bathroom. But the best part of the house is definitely the outdoor space. Between the pool, hot tub, ample outdoor seating, outdoor tv and amazing sunsets, you can spend the whole trip outside. During our winter stay, my favorite part of the space was having my morning coffee and evening wine by the fire pit, a luxury I don’t get at experience at home. Can’t wait to book again!

This home is absolutely fabulous! They thought of everything and decked this house out with all the bells and whistles. Great and easy communication with Josh and Sadie made us feel comfortable and at ease on our stay. The pictures don’t even do it justice, the interior is masterfully decorated and sparkling clean. The backyard is resort like and has an amazing pool, hot tub, fire pit, dining table and TV. This home completely impressed me and was beyond my expectations. I can’t wait to come back and make this a regular vacation destination.

The house was super clean and communication with Joshua and Sadie was excellent. Having to share bathrooms was a bit tricky with two families and teenagers. The furniture and decor in the house was modern and comfy, just the way we like it :) The beds and sheets were super soft and comfy. The garden is lush and the pool is in great condition. Plenty of outdoor furniture to lounge and a cool fire pit for the evenings. Good mix of sun and shade. For hobby chefs like us, the kitchen could have used some more serving dishes, pots and bowls. It is a place to relax and unwind and we had a great time!

What a great weekend getaway with our family of 3 kids.
Sadie was on call to answer all our questions via text or phone calls, she’s great.
Home is very spacious and clean, everything looks and feels brand new.
We really enjoyed the outdoor space between the pool, grass , and games.
We will for sure recommend this place to all of our friends who are looking to get out of the city and enjoy some nice relaxing time alone or with a family .

We do a lot of airbnb trips and as many of you who are reading this review know we hope to get a sense of the place from what the reviewer is writing and describing. I will tell you for our family, this has to be one of the best airbnb trips we have taken because of the property itself. It is a well designed, clean, safe, and relaxing property. The location is within a gated community so we felt safe with our young kids. It is close to all the desert activities, including Joshua Tree National Park. Most importantly, you will not want to leave the house itself. So well designed, beautiful pool, and open kitchen and living room design. Highly recommend you come here if you are checking out the Palm Springs/Indio area. Amazing!

This house is the perfect oasis away from the city. Great for large families or friend groups looking to gather. The living space overlooks a really incredible backyard with a large pool and hot tub. This house is perfect for entertaining! The rooms are spread out from each other so it's very private if you happen to be in a large group. I would definitely stay here again! If Festival Season comes back, this is a great location to where Coachella/Stagecoach happens.

This house and management team have been nothing but fantastic.
Let me first start with the house. It's huge!!! The photos don't do it justice. The attention to detail in every room really makes this house feel special. Everything from the pictures on the walls to the rugs on the ground, you can tell that the owner of this house cares.
One of my top concerns when renting an Airbnb is the quality of the house and products. You never know what you are going to get. Well, I can tell you that everything at this house is really top-shelf. Everything seems to either be brand new or really well taken care of. The furniture, bedding, towels, and appliances are perfect. It's like no rental I've ever stayed in.
Now to the outside and pool area. TBH this is where we spent all of our time. The backyard is perfectly set up. We ate all our meals at the outdoor dining table and spent as much time as possible in the pool and jacuzzi.
The only complaint that I have about this trip is we didn't stay long enough. I can't wait to book my next trip to Cascade.
