This was a very nice Airbnb with very comfortable beds and amenities. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to have a relaxing time in PS!

We had such an amazing stay here! Sadly couldn't use the pool because it wasn't warm enough but very cute outdoor space. It was a 10 min drive to everywhere we needed to go! Amazing house, amazing location! Loved it. Very responsive host. I highly recommend!

Everything about our stay was fantastic - we were surprised one day by maintenance who came right in via the door code and didn't realize we were staying in the unit, a mix-up of inspection dates or something along those lines, but the visit was short and didn't impede the experience. The host was quick to communicate about the mix-up after we notified him. Beside that, everything was great and we'd stay again.

Property is clean inside and has a nice pool area and seating area.
Good bbq & kitchen, comfortable beds, strong WiFi.
We paid for the pool to be heated so it was really nice to relax in, I think it’s too cold without this option in October anyway.
We didn’t like:
The street it was on was very bland and uninspiring. The property is directly under the flight path which was very noisy at certain periods, sometimes as early as 05:30, and sometimes as late as 10pm. Having said this it’s a 3 minute drive to the airport, so convenient.
The property has 3 double bedrooms but only 2 sun loungers, although there is a sofa with cushions, hammock and chair.

Joshua was very responsive throughout our stay and reached out to check in and ensure our needs were met. The house was beautiful, just like the photos. The area was very windy especially in the morning and evenings which made it hard to utilize the fire pit however the house and amenities were perfect otherwise. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful property with everything you could possibly need. The house was very clean, had fully equipped bathrooms and kitchen, and an incredible pool! After a couple minor hiccups (the front door’s lock, pool cleaning), everything went perfectly! Kevin and Marshall were friendly and extremely accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again!

The house was nice. We particularly enjoyed the backyard and the pool, which heated up very quickly.
Joshua gets all of the details right and had a nice booklet available, which was helpful for finding good local restaurants and the Wi-Fi password, etc. The host was also very responsive.

The house is nice and clean. The yard is beautiful with the pool and jacuzzi.
The only note is the house is very close to the airport, which have the planes taking off every 2 minutes. It didn't bother our group much, especially at night it was very quiet, but just in case it bothers someone.
Joushua is very good host, always there to help with the response time less than 5 minutes.
Thank you for letting to use the house for us and our friends get away.

Josh was an amazing host. The place was super clean and exactly how the place was described, with nice amenities. The communication with Josh was quick and easy, also so helpful. Our boys had an amazing time swimming and the jacuzzi was great! The location of the place was very close to everything, we visited the Desert Zoo, Palm Springs Downtown, and took the cable up to the top. Thanks for a great time!

The house matched the description and pictures. It was very close to down town Palm Springs. It is close to the airport but I wouldn’t say it was extremely loud and only noticed the planes if I were outside. Had a smart check in system that gave dinner and activity recommendations. With any questions I had the host was very responsive. The backyard is bigger than it looked.

We just completed a 2 week stay and really enjoyed our visit! First, Joshua was a very responsive, caring and helpful host. The home has recently been remodelled / updated and was tastefully decorated. It has all the required conveniences, beds were very comfortable and beddings / linens of high quality. The real ‘magic’ of the property is the immaculate backyard, equipped with jacuzzi, pool, fire pit, wonderful sitting and dining areas!! The only drawback to the home is it’s location near to the Palm Springs airport…it experiences it’s share of low flying aircraft.

The perfect home base for a stay in Palm Springs with pups! Fully enclosed outdoor space, truly an oasis. Quiet neighborhood, just a short drive from the main strip of restaurants & shops. The home was spotless, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essential amenities for cooking at home. Lots and lots of towels available, which were handy for repeated hot tub soaking. The home has a great layout with ample open common space - perfect when traveling in groups. It was too chilly to use the pool, but we'll be back during the warmer months to fully enjoy the amenities! Note: we did have some hiccups during our stay - needing to reboot the hot tub when we arrived, and an incessantly beeping alarm which was behind a locked door. The host was 100% responsive and both issues were resolved. I do think guests should be informed upfront though, that the hot tub is not under their control and they'll need to message the host each time they want to turn up the temp before use.

The Jacuzzi has a controller for the guests use. We do not allow guests to access the pool equipment and if the desired temperature is going to change throughout the stay we do that through our mobile app.

I came to visit my folks for the holidays and needed somewhere close by to stay due to limited space (holidays big family)
I booked this house to feel like I was at home. I didn't want to deal with hotel noise hotel people or hotel food.
This house was clean updated and private.
I enjoyed a peaceful stay with my teen daughter. It was a little too cold to swim due to it being almost Christmas but I would definitely rent again in the warmer months
the backyard space was a vibe. I saw my sisters who I hadn't seen in over 5 years. We sat outside and chatted by the bonfire and had some wine.
Lovely place recommend to anyone who wants to get some r&r in calm springs aka Palm Springs.

My parents, brother, and I met at Palm Springs for a family vacation last week. We were all coming from cold places and really enjoyed this peaceful and private oasis. We cannnot say enough great things about the backyard! The hot tub and pool were delightful plus there’s lots of seating for lounging, reading, or enjoying a meal on the patio. The grill was top-notch and we made nice steaks one evening. The layout of the house is fantastic with generous common area spaces. The linens are high-quality and we appreciated having separate bathroom and pool towels. The kitchen is absolutely amazing and is well stocked with every utensil, pan, or dish we could need. There are a lot of extra thoughtful touches, like Q-tips and cotton balls in the bathrooms, wall hooks outside for hanging towels or swimsuits, as well as really nice hand soap and shampoo, conditioner, and shower soap. We also played at least one record a day. Thanks to Joshua for being super responsive with questions!

I stayed here for quick trip with my fiancé but I will be back for a longer vacation! All the details were so thoughtful. It starts when you pull up — there are massive hedges that make the property private & quiet, and once inside, you enter your own secluded oasis. Although the vibe is relaxed, the place is far from disconnected. It was a 5 minute walk to Starbucks (even though they had an amazing coffee/tea setup) with an adjacent grocery store. It was also an 8 minute drive to downtown. When it came time to sleep, the beds were so comfy; they even had earplugs for light sleepers like me (which you don’t need, but a sweet gesture). All the rooms can go blackout dark for someone sensitive to light, too. It’s moments like those that make you feel like a valued guest in a beautiful home! I can’t wait to go back & take advantage of the inviting pool/spa & lovely backyard. Bonus, there’s a record player! Seriously I can’t think of a reason not to stay here again! Thanks, Joshua!

This is a wonderful house to stay in, especially with the heated pool. Very dog friendly and loved the little touches that they did throughout the house, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. Close to downtown and really chill area. Hosts were great, though there was a mix up at the very end, they did their best to correct it in a timely manner. We would absolutely stay here again!
