Guests will enjoy resort-like amenities in a beautiful & private courtyard. A gas fireplace surrounded by adirondack chairs is a wonderful place to gather and reconnect on star-filled nights. Chaise loungers face a long pool with a spa that can be heated on chilly evenings. At the opposite end of the pool, a canopied daybed and a built-in gas grill with a bar complete this entertainers space. Curl up on the daybed with a cocktail in hand and watch as the mountains reflect the golden colors of the fading sun.

**Please note that OUTDOOR MUSIC IS PROHIBITED PER PALM SPRING CITY ORDINANCE. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People's noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. ANY FINES RELATED TO CITY ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS WILL BE PAID BY THE GUEST.

** SECURITY HOLD IS $750 AND WILL BE PROCESSED 5 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL AND RETURNED ON CHECKOUT DAY POST INSPECTION FOR DAMAGES (Does not apply to Airbnb reservations)**

* The person renting our house MUST be 25 years old per the City of Palm Springs.

* There is an optional fee to heat the pool. The request to heat the pool should be done at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Please note this service is an additional $99 added to your stay each night you use the pool heating service, a minimum of 2 nights is required.

* Additionally, any requests made less than 24 hours may not result in optimal usage and are ineligible for refund. Pool heating must be consecutive days not broken up

*Pet fee is $75 per pet. Max of 2.

* The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you will be sent before your arrival. The city also requires that renters supply a copy of their government issued ID and license plate numbers of personally owned vehicles.

Overall Cleaning and Disinfecting

Disinfected and sanitized high-touch surfaces at our property. This includes wiping down any and all items that guests, owners and service providers come into contact with, including keys, doorknobs, tabletops, appliances, electronics, and light switches. As well as sanitized soft surfaces and upholstery.

Re-washed Dinnerware

Housekeepers re-wash all dinnerware, including dinner plates, glasses, coffee cups and silverware, between arrivals.

We have very high standards for our property and expect it to be spotlessly clean and ready for your arrival. If you find anything to be not up to scratch or if there are any items missing, please inform us as soon as possible.

**Mail and Package Deliveries

Guests are welcome to have mail or packages delivered to the property during their stay; however, deliveries are made at the guest’s own risk. The host/owner is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or undelivered mail or packages.

Please note that the property’s mailing address is typically forwarded to an offsite location, which may cause delays or affect deliveries. Because of this, we highly recommend guests either hold their mail at the nearest post office or rent an Amazon Locker for a more secure and reliable option.

While we will do our best to assist if an issue arises, our ability to help retrieve missing items is limited and cannot be guaranteed.

**Cancellation Policy & Travel Insurance Recommendation

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have a clear cancellation policy in place:

• 100% Refund – Guests may cancel their reservation within 48 hours of booking for a full refund.
• 50% Refund – After the 48-hour period, guests will receive a 50% refund if canceling at least 30 days before check-in.
• No Refund – Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.

Because life is unpredictable, we strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance to protect their investment. Once a reservation is confirmed, we offer guests the option to purchase travel insurance, which can provide coverage in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Please note that we must adhere to our cancellation policy since the property is reserved exclusively for each guest, making it unavailable to others. If you have existing travel insurance through a provider or credit card, we recommend reviewing your coverage.

We loved this home. It was great for a family gathering. It is a great location, not walking distance to the downtown area but very close. The beds were comfy and we loved the jacuzzi! The kitchen was very accommodating. We prepared a few family meals. Beautiful view of the mountains! Very close to the airport.

Spring getaway
Our family of four (two adults and two college students) needed some relaxing time together. The home was upside surprise with a fantastic outdoor pool area and exceptionally renovated home. Great kitchen and comfortable rooms for everyone. Great proximity to PS and short drive to the tennis tournament and Joshua tree. We are already planning our return.

Graciousness and Benevolence
Our stay was wonderful and when there was a misunderstanding on our part regarding our stay the owner and management were gracious enough and willing to work with us in a compassionate way. The Home is located in a prime Palm Springs area close to everything and so very enjoyable. Clean comfortable and luxurious.

Great stay at Casa del Sol! House and pool were amazing! A great view of the mountains. Perfect for our group of 7. Shout out to the APEK team for helping out by bringing some DrainO for slow drains. And, also saving the day by adding an additional night on the fly for those with cancelled flights.

Such a great space and layout! Perfect for our girls trip but could also imagine going back as couples or with my family. The house had everything we needed and notable were the BEDS and pillows. They were the most comfortable ever! The set up around the private pool and jacuzzi was perfect. Being located so close to downtown made it very easy to Uber to all the great restaurants and shopping and nice and close to the airport so we really got to maximize our vacay time. Loved our stay!

Beautiful home in Palm Springs
Our family had a quick getaway to Palm Springs and this house was beautiful. Picturesque Mountain Views from the backyard were amazing in the morning. The private casita was a definite plus for our teenagers. We would stay here again

Our stay at Casa del Sol was the relaxing getaway we had hoped for. The quiet location was perfect and home was furnished beautifully and quite comfortable. Our host Kevin met us at the property with the keys and explained all we needed to know about the house, pool and spa. All was good. No negatives.
