Situated within minutes of downtown Palm Springs with views of the San Jacinto Mountains, this home away from home is thoughtfully designed with elegant mid-century modern decor. Be playful and look through the looking glass which brings you to a secret room/oasis with its own private patio. Choose between indoor or outdoor living and entertaining space, resort-style pool, and hot tub, all while enjoying the privacy of the backyard. When the sun goes down, grab your favorite nightcap and sit by the firepit and breathe in the night air while looking up at the clear night sky.

Enjoy an open area with plenty of comfortable seating and 65" Smart TV that already has Netflix and Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ ready to play for your movie night. The sofa features a pull-out bed for your convenience.

-Kitchen & Dining
Fully equipped kitchen ready for you to make delicious meals with elegant dishware or choice of glassware depending on your mood.
The dining room table is centered around a gold chandelier that hangs from the ceiling, seating 8 comfortably.

-Bed & Bath
This home sleeps 8 guests, in 4 different unique bedrooms. Each room has a smart TV, blackout curtains, and sliding glass doors to either a patio or backyard pool.
The master has a king bed, with an ensuite bath with shower.
The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed.
The third bedroom has a full-sized bed and a comfortable desk for remote work.
The fourth bedroom, also known as the "looking glass room" has a full-sized bed.
The bath for these bedrooms has a tub/shower.

The house offers generous shaded sitting areas outside for comfort even at the height of summer.
Fire up the gas grill and cook some delicious steaks/veggies. Eat alfresco at the dining table.

Take a refreshing dip in the heated pool (6' deep) or enjoy the hot tub after a day of golf, shopping, or hiking. Relax poolside in the loungers, play cornhole, and Jenga.

In the evening, gather around the firepit with your nightcap and enjoy the stars.

The person renting our house MUST be 25 years old per the City of Palm Springs.

* There is an optional fee to heat the pool. The request to heat the pool should be done at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Please note this service is an additional $99 added to your stay each night you use the pool heating service, a minimum of 2 nights is required.

* Additionally, any requests made less than 24 hours may not result in optimal usage and are ineligible for refund. Pool heating must be consecutive days not broken up

**Please note that outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. Any fines related to noise violation will be passed on to the guest.**

The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you will be sent before your arrival. The city also requires that renters supply a copy of their government issued ID and license plate numbers of personally owned vehicles.

Quality assurance and maintenance
Inspected property for compliance with cleaning, safety and maintenance protocols prior to each guest arrival. Ensured the overall health, safety and quality of each property with routine preventative maintenance, including testing of mechanicals, maintaining appliances, testing smoke and CO detectors, and confirming access to fire extinguishers.

Trained Professionals
Our team of housekeeping professionals follow protocol and always look for ways to improve upon their craft.

Proper PPE Usage
All housekeepers and inspectors wear protective masks and gloves when cleaning rentals.

Overall Cleaning and Disinfecting
Disinfected and sanitized high-touch surfaces at our property. This includes wiping down any and all items that guests, owners and service providers come into contact with, including keys, doorknobs, tabletops, appliances, electronics, and light switches. As well as sanitized soft surfaces and upholstery.

Re-washed Dinnerware
Housekeepers re-wash all dinnerware, including dinner plates, glasses, coffee cups and silverware, between arrivals.

We have very high standards for our property and expect it to be spotlessly clean and ready for your arrival. If you find anything to be not up to scratch or if there are any items missing, please inform us as soon as possible.

This Airbnb is beautiful and exactly as described. It was perfect for 8 girls and we had plenty of space. The location was a 25 min walk from downtown and you can walk through the beautiful homes in the movie colony area to get there. The neighborhood is peaceful and stunning. The hot tub was not working correctly so we had to ask the host to turn it on and off everytime which was a bit frustrating. Also please keep in mind you are required to sign several additional waivers and provide copies of your ID and deposits outside of the Airbnb app which I wasn’t aware of until 2 days before checkin so I wasn’t thrilled about that. You also need to pay $25 USD per hour if you want to check-in early. Just some weird things to be mindful of. Other than that the Airbnb was great.

Overall, the rental was pretty much exactly as it was described online. They were very responsive to my requests, however, not always have the proactive answers I was hoping for. The pool had debris from a windstorm and we were told “thank you for your understanding. However they sent someone to clean it when i pushed the envelope. I was disappointed that they charged for an early check in even though I filled the day before. Overall a great stay in a fun and beautiful city. I would stay again.

Had a great stay at this place. Beds were very comfortable and very clean. The entire home felt very put together. The property does sit on a main street but palm springs really doesn't have much traffic and once inside we didn't notice any noise.
Palm Springs does have an outside noise ordinance that we were not prepared for. No fault of the host obviously.

Our group very much enjoyed our stay in this charming home. The location is fantastic. It's an easy five minute drive to the airport and to downtown. It is on a busy street, but we could not hear any street traffic once inside the home. We spent the majority of the time relaxing in the backyard, which was nicely decorated and very private. We had trouble heating the hot tub but once it was brought to Joshua's attention, he was fast to set the heater remotely for us for the duration of our stay. We rolled the dice and opted not to have the pool heated (mid-October), and it paid off as the pool temperature was just perfect.
The home was tidy and stylishly decorated. We enjoyed the record player and selection of music.
We absolutely would stay again!

We had the best time here!! I stayed for a weekend with 7 other people and it was very comfortable. Everyone was blown away by the interior design and all of the amenities. We enjoyed cooking and sitting at the dining table, listening to music, sitting around the fire pit, and enjoying the pool. We loved seeing the mountains from the back yard and enjoyed some gorgeous sunsets. The location is a 5 minute drive from downtown too! The location made it very easy to come and go quickly during our weekend stay. It was very easy driving and finding parking downtown as well as calling ubers and lyfts. Lastly, our contact Joshua was an incredible host to us. He was so responsive, supportive, and kind and made the entire experience even better!

Beautiful house, good location, and fun pool. We really enjoyed the space, open kitchen, and bbq/pool area. The extra fee to heat the pool is a bit steep at $100/night and we had to continually request the hot tub be heated up again every few hours as it turned ice cold (even though the spa heating was supposed to be included). The showers were also very hot and then ice cold at times.

This is a great Airbnb. The backyard set-up is great for any sort of group. For a summer stay, the amount of shade in the backyard makes it the ideal place to stay because so many options to get out of the sun if you need it. The indoor space was great and the open concept of the main space makes it great for a group, but nice that you have the various bedrooms to retreat to. The beds were SO comfortable. We all had great sleep while staying here. The house is on a main, slightly more busy road, but you barely get any noise from it and wasn't a concern for us. The location is nice to get to downtown and super convenient to airport, grocery, etc. All around great Airbnb and would stay again.

We had such a nice stay. Plenty of places to spread out if you're staying with friends and a very private backyard with wonderful pool. If you like cooking it pretty much has everything you need except for spices and cooking oils. The host was super accommodating and responsive and even let us have a late checkout when some our flights were delayed. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything!

The house is incredibly clean and is as beautiful as advertised. The backyard, too. Great kitchen for group cooking. Shane at Olive Branch was so communicative and helpful - immediate responses. Great for a group trip, but worth noting that the noise ordinances in Palm Springs have gotten very restrictive. No music can be played outside at any time (day or night) and the outdoor lights out back in the yard automatically shut off after 10p for quiet hours. Our group had a great stay, but this is something I wish I knew before booking in downtown Palm Springs.

This was the best house. All of the photos accurately depict what you get when you check-in. The kitchen and dining area is much bigger than the picture. The kitchen was fully stocked with all necessary cooking utensils. My friends and I really enjoyed the serenity of the pool and hot tub. I loved the master bedroom. 5 stars all around !!! This house was perfect for our girls trip!!! The owner was very kind and accommodating to our every request ! The house is in a central location only a 4-5 min drive to downtown PS and close to many restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The amenities were top notch !! The place is really well designed and decorated, and had every amenity we could think of. It was like staying in a nice hotel! Except better because we could fit so many people and cook big meals. The backyard was awesome, we were swimming all day and enjoying cooking on the bbq in the shade under the cabana. The secret room behind the hidden mirror door blew my mind! (Spoilers) We were minutes away from downtown Palm Springs to do all of the shopping, seeing the Marilyn Forever statue, and also a quick drive away from the aerial tram (a must do!) Overall, you will be really happy spending your time here, we already can’t wait to visit again!

This home is a gem! We were impressed by the clean, stylish & comfortable accommodations. Loved the decor and the vibe both indoors and at the patio & pool. Thoughtfully designed throughout, it's clear all the little details were considered to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The host was communicative and easy to work with. The home felt very private, and the backyard pool was perfection. The place looks even better than the photos. We enjoyed being close to downtown, and also just a drive away from Joshua Tree. We loved our visit and look forward to returning soon!

This Airbnb is beautiful and exactly as described. It was perfect for 8 girls and we had plenty of space. The location was a 25 min walk from downtown and you can walk through the beautiful homes in the movie colony area to get there. The neighborhood is peaceful and stunning. The hot tub was not working correctly so we had to ask the host to turn it on and off everytime which was a bit frustrating. Also please keep in mind you are required to sign several additional waivers and provide copies of your ID and deposits outside of the Airbnb app which I wasn’t aware of until 2 days before checkin so I wasn’t thrilled about that. You also need to pay $25 USD per hour if you want to check-in early. Just some weird things to be mindful of. Other than that the Airbnb was great.

Overall, the rental was pretty much exactly as it was described online. They were very responsive to my requests, however, not always have the proactive answers I was hoping for. The pool had debris from a windstorm and we were told “thank you for your understanding. However they sent someone to clean it when i pushed the envelope. I was disappointed that they charged for an early check in even though I filled the day before. Overall a great stay in a fun and beautiful city. I would stay again.

We had such a great time at our Apek airbnb. I always have lots of questions and they were very responsive and friendly and always willing to help out with whatever we needed. We stayed for 6 days and someone came to clean the pool which was great. The house was nice and cool, had great amenities and was super clean. I would definitely rent with Apek again!

Our stay was beautiful from start to finish, the property was clean and exactly as shown in photos. Plenty of space for our large family and the pool and living areas were perfect for quality time and relaxing!
Communication with the hosts was quick when we had questions and we also extended our stay by an extra night which was facilitated effectively. Highly recommended and close to downtown??

Had a great stay at this place. Beds were very comfortable and very clean. The entire home felt very put together. The property does sit on a main street but palm springs really doesn't have much traffic and once inside we didn't notice any noise.
Palm Springs does have an outside noise ordinance that we were not prepared for. No fault of the host obviously.
Joshua is very communicative and always helpful.

Our group very much enjoyed our stay in this charming home. The location is fantastic. It's an easy five minute drive to the airport and to downtown. It is on a busy street, but we could not hear any street traffic once inside the home. We spent the majority of the time relaxing in the backyard, which was nicely decorated and very private. We had trouble heating the hot tub but once it was brought to Joshua's attention, he was fast to set the heater remotely for us for the duration of our stay. We rolled the dice and opted not to have the pool heated (mid-October), and it paid off as the pool temperature was just perfect.
The home was tidy and stylishly decorated. We enjoyed the record player and selection of music.
We absolutely would stay again!

We had the best time here!! I stayed for a weekend with 7 other people and it was very comfortable. Everyone was blown away by the interior design and all of the amenities. We enjoyed cooking and sitting at the dining table, listening to music, sitting around the fire pit, and enjoying the pool. We loved seeing the mountains from the back yard and enjoyed some gorgeous sunsets. The location is a 5 minute drive from downtown too! The location made it very easy to come and go quickly during our weekend stay. It was very easy driving and finding parking downtown as well as calling ubers and lyfts. Lastly, our contact Joshua was an incredible host to us. He was so responsive, supportive, and kind and made the entire experience even better!

Beautiful house, good location, and fun pool. We really enjoyed the space, open kitchen, and bbq/pool area. The extra fee to heat the pool is a bit steep at $100/night and we had to continually request the hot tub be heated up again every few hours as it turned ice cold (even though the spa heating was supposed to be included). The showers were also very hot and then ice cold at times.

We had an amazing stay and can’t wait to come back! The place was beautiful, spacious, and a perfect spot for the whole family. There was everything we needed- pool towels, coffee mugs, you name it! The hidden room was an extra gem- absolutely loved it! Whole place was well decorated, very modern, and clean.

Loved the challenge of finding the 4th hidden bedroom. If you are looking for a place in Palm Springs I would recommend this MId-Century Gem.

Super cute house with great space for four adults! The pool area was beautiful and we were outside for most of the trip! Pool floaties and pineapple cups added to the fun. Definitely if you are looking for a place to hang out but be close a close drive to downtown this is it!

This is a great Airbnb. The backyard set-up is great for any sort of group. For a summer stay, the amount of shade in the backyard makes it the ideal place to stay because so many options to get out of the sun if you need it. The indoor space was great and the open concept of the main space makes it great for a group, but nice that you have the various bedrooms to retreat to. The beds were SO comfortable. We all had great sleep while staying here. The house is on a main, slightly more busy road, but you barely get any noise from it and wasn't a concern for us. The location is nice to get to downtown and super convenient to airport, grocery, etc. All around great Airbnb and would stay again.

We had such a nice stay. Plenty of places to spread out if you're staying with friends and a very private backyard with wonderful pool. If you like cooking it pretty much has everything you need except for spices and cooking oils. The host was super accommodating and responsive and even let us have a late checkout when some our flights were delayed. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything!

We were in Palm Springs for a conference and it was the best Airbnb that we've ever stayed in in Palm Springs. It's even better than the pictures depict, bigger kitchen, very clean, comfortable beds, great backyard, awesome surprise with the "secret room" and our host, Joshua, was great - very responsive. Definitely recommend staying here!

A wonderful indoor space, a great back terrace, pool and hot tub and totally professional from start to finish. Any requests were always a text away and everything is exactly how it appears in pictures, but nicer. I wish it was one block closer to town, but other than that it's such a welcoming and happy place for any group.

The house is incredibly clean and is as beautiful as advertised. The backyard, too. Great kitchen for group cooking. Shane at Olive Branch was so communicative and helpful - immediate responses. Great for a group trip, but worth noting that the noise ordinances in Palm Springs have gotten very restrictive. No music can be played outside at any time (day or night) and the outdoor lights out back in the yard automatically shut off after 10p for quiet hours. Our group had a great stay, but this is something I wish I knew before booking in downtown Palm Springs.

This was a perfect holiday getaway for our family of four! We loved the accomodations and location! Great backyard! We enjoyed the great weather! Our teenage girls enjoyed jacuzzi time, nearby downtown, and great photo-ops! My husband particularly enjoyed the vibe of this home and nearby outdoor exploration opportunities. This place was really beautiful and had a ton of space. The rooms were gorgeous and well decorated. The pool area and grill were perfect for hanging out too. Looks just as good as the photos if not better. Would recommend this place for a group! We had no issues and the host was great at communicating.

The house was just what we were looking for - it was close to downtown, easy to access, and the host was very helpful and easy to communicate with during our stay. Shane was very nice and was able to accommodate a last minute booking and an early check-in. We enjoyed the backyard patio, pool, and spa. We can't wait until our next visit to Palm Springs and will definitely book this place again.

I was in town for a last minute business trip and picked this place based on the beautiful pictures. It was just like the photos and was very comfortable and spacious. It was close to downtown, had all the amenities I could think of, and the spa was the perfect place to unwind in after meetings. I am already planning a girls trip for my next visit here.

This was the best house. All of the photos accurately depict what you get when you check-in. The kitchen and dining area is much bigger than the picture. The kitchen was fully stocked with all necessary cooking utensils. My friends and I really enjoyed the serenity of the pool and hot tub. I loved the master bedroom. If you are looking for the prefect midcentury modern decor, then this house delivers! Also, Shane was very responsive to all questions. I would definitely stay here again.

5 stars all around !!! This house was perfect for our girls trip!!! The owner was very kind and accommodating to our every request ! The house is in a central location only a 4-5 min drive to downtown PS and close to many restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The amenities were top notch !! The decor was beautiful and everything looked clean, new and shiny. The pool was spectacular as we spent majority of our time in the backyard. I would definently book this house again, no questions asked !

My friends and I booked this air bnb for a self care weekend. It was fabulous! This home provided literally everything you would need for a perfect stay. My friends and I loved the decor, the pool was amazing and patio area was def the highlight of the weekend. Shane was very helpful and easily available for any questions or concerns.
