We had a great time at this home. There were 5 of us and a dog, plenty of space with a fantastic backyard. It was chilly and windy so we didn’t get to use the outdoor space much but I bet it’s great in the summer. Management was very responsive and kind.

This house is absolutely adorable! The whole house has great decor and I LOVE the beds! They are beyond comfortable and that is a huge part of any stay for me :) comfy sheets and such cute room decor --- the PERFECT mid modern look. The house is very well appointed for guests and has everything you would need.
The backyard space is awesome too - and the dual lounger at the end of the pool is like a hammock --- so comfortable I spent a lot of time there with the umbrellas up. :)
Getting in was the easiest of any rental I have stayed in and directions on how to do everything were everywhere you would want them to be. Do not be intimidated by the coffee machine! It makes AMAZING coffee with freshly ground beans for every cup. I thought it would complicated and it was not at all. Trust me! Make a cup and put on a Johnny Cash record (record player is a nice bonus)!
Temperature control was OUTSTANDING.
We will 100% be renting again!

Blew our expectations, perfect location with amazing Mountain View’s. All the amenities you could think of and great communication with the host throughout to make sure everything was going well. Lots of outdoor space and the garage space for the car is a life saver for the summer heat! The salt water swimming pool was great too! Had a great time and would love to come back in the future!!

Great airbnb and fantastic host! Small feedback, when we arrived the house temp was 86 degrees and took 1-1.5 hours to cool it down into mid 70s. I wished we would’ve asked in advance to remotely turn on AC 30 min prior to our arrival. The host is super accommodating and responsive and I know that wouldve been easy to coordinate. Nonetheless, excellent airbnb with fabulous , quit and large pool and backyard.

Hard to find enough good things to say about this place. Impeccably decorated, spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped. Saltwater pool and saltwater hot tub are amazing. Unobstructed mountain view. Very comfortable beds. Great location, very quiet, still easy access to downtown.
Unfortunately there were renovations happening next door at the time. Even so, we would stay again in a heartbeat.

Excellent and rapid communication. Small issues with heating spa, they resolved within 30 minutes. Meticulous and clean. Beds very comfortable, great number of pillows. Outdoor space amazing and relaxing. All the extras for outdoor you could want. Location was also amazing. Super easy checkin and checkout. What an amazing home! Our family of 4 loved our first visit to Palm Springs. This house is so fun. We enjoyed everything about it! Host was very responsive and I would highly recommend this place. So much to do close by. Beds were comfy and kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of toiletries, towels and supplies. We were very happy with our stay, and would definitely book it again. This home was perfect for our family getaway--we just wanted to escape to PS for some sunshine and swimming as a family. We really enjoyed the pool and spa, grilling in the evenings--as well as the firepit, bocce court and more. The rooms are even nicer than the photos make them seem--with nice quality finishes and furniture. Savvy was wonderful to communicate with--super proactive and friendly.

The Flat on Alexander was a cute place to host a bachelorette party. Although they do not have speakers for outside, the backyard was exceptional for playing games, swimming and BBQing. The kitchen is a bit small, but being there for only a few nights that was not a huge deal. The hosts are very responsive, but keep in mind, they do not manage the property themselves, so you will have to wait for a response.

This house is full of mid-century charm, with all the modern amenities you expect. The owners of the house have put in a lot of work to make your stay special. The living room and kitchen were perfect for watching a movie, or preparing a family meal. The bedrooms are well-decorated with very comfortable mattresses and linens. The backyard is gigantic, offering all kinds of entertainment and areas to socialize.

Just what we needed. It felt like our good friend trusted us with their mid-century west elm decor vacation home. House was perfect to host our 3 generations of family. It had everything you need and most importantly clean. We especially loved the cocktail area and expresso machine, feels luxurious. The water in the fridge and extra Lilly coffee beans was very thoughtful and everyone appreciated all the little things that makes a world of difference. Host was very accommodating, easy to reach and quick to reply.

Great home. Why would I return: garage to park my car in was a huge bonus. Ice maker other than the freezer. Endless ice is wonderful. Backyard has every amenity possible and the sun hits the pool in the afternoon hours just perfectly. Kitchen is perfectly appointed. I will 100% return!

This place is amazing! Photos do not do it justice and the hosts are very responsive. We had a wonderful week here. The star is of course the beautifully done backyard. It’s very well thought out to be not only gorgeous but also very functional with lots of seating and options for shade. The pool is fantastic, definitely worth it to heat even in the warmer months. We enjoyed it all day in night. The added touches are also incredible, we ended buying records and starting a new collection/hobby thanks to the record player in the living room. We will be back!!!

This was exactly as expected AND more. They were very accommodating, and were able to provide some much needed items. This will be our PS destination house from now on! A wonderful house in the racquet club villas. The host was super friendly and responsive to any questions we had, even scheduled an additional pool cleaning when the high winds blew dirt into the pool. This place was an A+. Our group of five fit perfectly. The rooms are very well laid and and appointed with great furniture and accessories. They've really taken the time to consider each detail. Super comfortable beds and linens, everyone slept great. The grounds are fantastic. The family loved the pool, hot tub, bocce court, fire pit, and outdoor ping pong table. Very nice property. Close to everything! They had a lot of things to do in the house when we weren’t out to keep the whole family happy. Quiet area great for rest and relaxation. Coffee machine and roast was 10/10 for the coffee lovers. Outdoors in the backyard had amazing area for relaxing in the sun or playing games (ping pong table!). The hosts were very quick to respond if we had any questions and very helpful if we needed anything. Everything was clean and what we expected. Highly recommend the home and also ask to heat the pool, totally worth it the kids and we loved it.

Rented the house for my husbands 40th birthday, with my sister and brother in law joining for half the time. The house was a desert oasis, with the perfect balance of relaxation and activity. The location was so convenient to shopping and dining, with the ability to walk and see all of the beautiful homes. We had so much fun in the house and yard, and will certainly book again when we return. Would highly recommend!

The house is even more beautiful in person than in the photos, which is rarely the case! Every small detail was well-thought out and the meticulous attention to detail was appreciated. We loved the large backyard, Jura espresso machine, and the bedroom decor. Upon arrival, there is a binder that will answer any and all questions you have about the property, but if you have any questions, the host will respond to within minutes. There was a small plumbing issue (no big deal) the second day but Christy somehow managed to send a plumber over within 20 minutes on a Saturday night. Overall, so happy with the house, it’s location, and the host’s communication.

My family of 6 persons visit to The Flat on Alexander in Palm Springs could not have been better. The combination of Savvy Travel and Airbnb went beyond what I expected to make my trip good in all ways. The house was clean, equipped perfectly, and everything worked. A printed guide answered all the questions that came up. On occasions that I needed help from Savvy Travel they were very responsive. Four of six guests were young adults. Outdoors they loved the pool, hot tub, fire pit, barbecue grill, and the full sized cornhole board. Inside the well equipped kitchen, the coffee bar with a Jura machine, the televisions, and the turntable, and more were big hits. I highly recommend anyone that is considering Palm Spring to visit the Flat and Alexander.

Wonderful owners to work with - Thoughtful , generous , compassionate , and welcoming .
Super cute , fun property .
Not their fault we had to endure a really bad day of ' High Wind Advisory ' , but they acted like it was - lucky us .
One came during the crazy , 60 mph gusts and wrestled stuff to keep us safe - then had the pool cleaner and cleaning crew on top of the wind carnage first a.m. the day after !
Lots of considerate extras , especially life savers like protein bars and a Britta water pitcher in fridge .
Super nice coffee / espresso machine -great fun to start each day - everyone in our family wants one now .
No mini , shallow pool here - nice size , deep , with a quick , effective heater . Strong jets for my ortho issues and room for 6 , easily in the Jacuzzi .
Top of the line linens , towels , blankets , and washed dryer .
Very fun record player with excellent speakers and a thoughtful wide array of albums - so cool , first turntable experience for 4 outta' 6 of us - they were intrigued and amused .
Excellent handbook/s and instructions - left us zero problems with operating everything - even had a fun , interesting history of the property .
Very private , spacious yard with lots of comfortable , clean seating , numerous umbrellas and tables .
Garage parking was wonderful in PS heat .
Owners on the ball with 24/7 prompt , courteous service .
Had a bad experience with our previous rental from a very different owner (tiny , scummy green pool , broken useless amenities , rude , callous owner ) - how refreshing to find Savvy Travels and their stellar , honest client service .

We absolutely loved our stay. The home was beautifully done and the owners really thought of every detail. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and the ability to heat the pool allowed us to swim in the mornings and also after the sun set behind the mountains. On our last night it rained while we were swimming. It was so beautiful with the mountains in the background and is a memory we will never forget! The beds were comfortable and the home offered so much that we rarely went out! My kids loved having the ability to watch tv in their rooms at night and really enjoyed the decor of each room. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that you need to prepare meals there in the home (utensils, indoor/outdoor plates and cups, appliances, serving platter, and more). The weather was so nice that we enjoyed meals indoors and outdoors. I can not say enough about the pool and outdoor games , they were perfect! The home is centrally located in an adorable and quiet neighborhood. We could easily get to the grocery store or to downtown. The jura espresso machine made the stay even more enjoyable. The coffee was delicious! The home is decorated perfectly and represents a true Palm Springs mid century modern home. We were honestly sad to end this trip.

This home is beautiful! As an Interior Designer, I tend to choose homes with style and comfort and this place did not disappoint. Beautifully designed, this is a mid-century modern dream - comfortable furniture, cute details, and plenty of amenities for your enjoyment. We paid extra for the pool heating which I would highly recommend for the time of year we visited. The views from the backyard are breathtaking. The open concept it great for hanging out. Looking forward to staying here again!

Where to even start with this review!? This was our favorite home we have ever stayed in and was the most relaxing vacation ever! My family of 4 stayed here for 6 nights after a Disney trip and this was the perfect spot to end our vacation and totally relax and unwind. Staying in a MCM home is a must for us when we travel to PS and this house did not disappoint. The house is just so cool, beautifully designed with impeccable attention to detail. Everything in the home feels luxurious, the robes, the bath amenities, the beds and bedding are brand new and very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with high end appliances, and everything you could need to cook, and just lots of fun outdoor dishes and glasses. We loved and appreciated the Jura coffee maker! It was so nice to start the day with great coffee before moving on to cocktails! The ice maker in the bar is clutch!
We spent the majority of our time outside in the pool and lounging in the sun on the loungers and outdoor daybed. The pool is the best. Nice large splash pad with fun LED lights and fountains. Perfect for my kids also because the pool was mostly shaded this time of year which meant we didn't need to slather them in sunscreen. We made use of the fire pit for s'mores in the evening which was very cozy and exciting for the kids. We also loved that the home came with yoga mats and the cutest area to practice. There are just so many great spots in the house and yard to relax in, and it is all so picturesque. The owners and host responded to all my questions quickly, and are super friendly, easy to communicate with. The home itself is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, close to downtown and walkable to a nearby park. I can't recommend this place enough and can't wait to return someday!
