Thank you for this fantastic week. The house is great with everything we need. Well furnished and absolutly prestine!! The beds are amazing too. The hot tub is the best EVER Get hot super quick! So….it’s 100% a Guest Favorite! Small thing: It’s was pretty windy on this area but 5 stars for sure for this amazing house and great communication with Savvy’s crew! We will comeback for sure!

Spent a few days here for my birthday getaway and it felt like I was in my home away from home. Everything about the house felt cozy, clean and inviting. It was important for me to find a place that had a comfortable living room and bedroom with a tv to enjoy a movie after a day out in the heat and this was it! The pool was perfect in the evenings and the comfy bed was exactly what you’d want after a day in the sun. Would definitely stay here again.

- so close to airport, great for travel time but definitely can hear planes
- House had everything you need for a great stay — appreciate the quality toiletries in bathrooms + well stocked kitchenware (even ziploc bags/tupperware for leftovers storage during stay!)
- Pool was exactly what we needed, kept well and had great pool towels; spa did not warm up, though listing said it was complementary
- Rooms were spacious and as listed
- Appreciate the board games and activities as well — great touch to have on hand
- Overall recommend this house!

Management of this property is excellent. Great communication and easily accessible, though we had no need as everything was in perfect order. The home is comfortable but some of the furnishings aren’t the best quality, which is not surprising for a rental. Amenities provided (multiple TVs, bikes, plenty of towels) exceeded our expectations. You can definitely hear the airport but we were never bothered by the noise and the location close to downtown Palm Springs was ideal. In all, we were very comfortable in this home and would rent again for a small group.

This is a beautiful private home about a 10 minute drive from downtown that was very clean well stocked and well taken care of. The host was very responsive and the price was very fair. Beautiful pool and outdoor space for everyone to enjoy.

Well-maintained home, extremely responsive local management company, large property with nice pool and spa. House is very techie and the management company can reboot anything, it seems, remotely. The house is in a quiet, walkable neighbourhood, and is close to downtown PS by car. The grocery store is very close. The airport is nearby and the house is on the flightpath. We found it loud for the first few days, and the planes do start flying at 5:30 am, but we got used to it and it didn't really bother us after that.

Great location ! The pool/hot tub was perfect for warm day and chill nights. Super comfortable beds, great kitchen, and very clean. Loved that a grocery store was in walking distance as well. Host was very communicative and prompt with answers to any questions we had.

We wife and I came down for an extended working holiday to celebrate her birthday. It an was absolutely fantastic stay! The place is cozy, clean, and well kept with all of the amenities to make ourselves right at home. The Wi-Fi was also strong and reliable for zoom calls. We had a great time at this place for our small group of girls. It's really close to Albertson's and amenities there, plus a great El Salvadorean pupusa place. You will most likely need a car, as the main strip is driving distance away, but you'd need one anyway to go to Joshua Tree. The team is responsive and quick to fix any issues that occur. I will note that it is close to the airport (with according plane noise) but that wasn't a huge issue for us. Overall, really enjoyed our time!

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The pool was perfect for the hot days! There was a nice park with lots of grass close by for us to take our little dog in the mornings and evenings. The house had everything we needed with lots of back-up paper products, soap, etc. I do wish there had been a stool or something in the shower the make shaving easier, but that’s my one piece of feedback.

We had a great two week stay. Andrei and the rest of the team were very attentive to any questions or issues and they worked with us on our dates after a family emergency occurred. Would absolutely recommend for short or long term stays. 5-10 minutes from anywhere you’d want to go in Palm Springs and there aren’t many planes that fly over w it’s proximity to the airport.

The airport noise can be loud but it was infrequent. It was cool to see the planes from the air museum fly over while floating in the pool. This was a windier spot but it kept the temperatures and bugs down. The views are spectacular. Being able to see the tramway on its way at night was amazing. Comfortable, lived in home. Great jumping off point for popular attractions.

This is a great house for a family or group of friends. Huge master bedroom with en suite bathroom, nice second king bedroom with private patio, and bunk room with double on the bottom and single on top. I appreciate the abundance of televisions and fast internet as I had to watch stuff for work while I was there. The background is great and huge and the house has lots of room to cook and lounge. We had an issue with one of the toilets and the host was super responsive. It’s a bit away from the center of town but a very easy drive to everything and super close to a couple grocery stores if you want to cook while you’re there.

The house was great and the pool / spa were amazing. Easy to check in and had everything you needed to settle in. We loved the yard, the hosts were super nice and responsive. A great spot that we really enjoyed. Couldn't get out of the pool!
Only downside for us was the sound of the planes -- they don't operate at night but we spent a lot of time in the pool and depending on the plane, it could be loud as they took off.

Our stay at Azteca was perfect! The house was super clean, the entire pool area was gorgeous and the location is great!
At first, we were concerned about airport noise (based on other reviews). We stayed there for 10 days -- didn't hear airplanes at all.
Overall, Savvy Travels made the process simple and streamlined. They reply fast and everyone is so nice! (Already started to plan a return trip!)

Great trip to the Azteca. Home was well appointed and had everything we needed for a week of work and relaxation. Pool and hot tub were fabulous. Lots of great food - Tac/Quila and The Tropicale were both highlights.
Great space to work from - fiber internet worked great for Zoom calls. The only thing I’d recommend is to try to make the WiFi private / secure as the “guest” account is unsecured.
All in all a great stay.

Great host, very responsive and communicative. Easy to reach any time. Chrisy has prepared few items I asked ahead of time, since I travel with two toddlers, she successfully made all apear in a correct spot.
Accommodations is well situated between clean and quiet neighborhood. Relatively close to PS downtown. Bikes parked in a garage were superb addition to our stay. Kids loved the pool. Would go back ? !!!

This house had everything we needed (and more)! Stocked with all the essentials in the kitchen including spices and olive oil for cooking, grill accessories, and 4 different types of coffee making apparatuses. Rooms were very spacious stocked with extra sheets, blankets, and towels. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, too! We spent most of our time out by the pool which was perfect - great size with an attached jacuzzi (free to heat though we didn’t end up using it in the 105+ degree heat). The patio furniture was very comfy, though the cushions could use an upgrade after this season. The grill was easy to operate and grilling tools found in the kitchen. What really stands out, though, is the customer service! Very responsive, gave us an early checkin, checked in a few times during our stay, sent a HUGE tray of cookies for my birthday (which were very delicious), and even happily agreeing to send a baby item we left at the house!! We would recommend this house to anyone and look forward to staying there again (soon we hope)!

Had a nice, relaxing stay over 10 days at Azteca. Spa and pool were nice with the heat even though we did get the pool heated. House is well equipped and communication was quick and provided any information we needed. Check in was quick and easy. House is well located but is in a windier part of Palm Springs and we had a couple of nights where it howled. Albertson's Grocery store nearby for any of your food or drink needs.

Comfortable and well equipped home for a long weekend with friends. Our host were prompt in addressing our questions. The AC broke during our stay and the host called a mechanic over to arrive first thing in the morning to fix. Thank you!

The house was very nice, clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub was the highlight of our trip. They are perfect size. Not too small and not too big which was easy to heat up. We decided to heat up the pool in early April which helped us to enjoy it after sunset as well.
Christy from Savvy Travels was incredible. Very quick to respond and solve some minor issues related to the pool very quickly. The location is also great. Close many restaurants and grocery shops etc.
yes the airport is close and you hear the planes but it didn’t bother us.
We would definitely would love to return in the future.

We stayed an entire month and had a wonderful experience. The home is very comfortable and layed out very well. Two king beds was a huge plus. We spent a lot of time out on the covered patio and in the pool and spa. Lovely view of the mountains from out there! The home is only about a 10 minute drive into downtown, and there are a number of restaurants and good shopping in the neighborhood as well. This home is situated close to the airport, but we can honestly say it was not an issue for us at all. The planes are close enough to be interesting, but not close enough to be annoying. A big shout out to Christy at Savvy Travels. Incredibly responsive and helpful. She helped make our stay extremely pleasant. We had a great stay. Thank you!

We (four adults) traveled to Palm Spring for a combination of remote work & play. Overall, an excellent time and would repeat.
Location was convenient to all activities that we explored. $10 Uber ride when we went out for dinner downtown.
Clean, well-appointed set-up that was consistent with the pictures on the site. Kitchen had everything that we needed for the B/L/Ds when we opted to stay in. Pool area was clean with plenty of chairs. We used the hot tub daily. In retrospect, we might have opted to not heat the pool based on the amount of time that we spent in it, but that was on us.
Communication was excellent with almost real-time responses. Thought that the Keurig was broken, sent a note and that afternoon a new coffee maker had been delivered. (Note: issue later identified as user error :)).

This place is amazingly cozy, comfy, and clean. Everything is available to make your stay enjoyable so that you do not even need to leave the house! The mattresses are so comfy, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The tv has all the smart apps you need, and Alexa is available to play some nice music as you relax after a long day in the pool. The bathroom bidet or self cleaner is very useful, and the shower head that’s waterfall style gives you the best shower experience. The pool is a perfect size pool for the family and it’s very clean. The living room is very cozy and has all the games that makes the stay extra fun. The furniture, artwork, and decoration style are cheerful. The location is close to grocery stores, airport, downtown, and Starbucks. I recommend this place to have the best stay in Palm Springs. One last thing, the host (Christy from savvy travels) was very communicative, responsive, and patient when I had issues with the WiFi; and she made sure that she gets the issue resolved immediately.

Beautiful home, nicely laid out, and most importantly comfortable for a quick getaway. My entire family and I loved the pool/hot tub and the comfy rooms. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The proximity to various places to shop was convenient and made the stay easy. Excellent service and communication from the hosts.

This house is super nice and well equipped with everything you will need. The pool and spa are fantastic and the setting and landscaping is picturesque. We golfed at PGA West and Indian Wells which were great. We hiked in Joshua tree and Andreas Canyon. We couldn't get tickets for the tram to San Jacinto so buy tickets in advance. We went to a spa called Grounded which was awesome and shopped/ate downtown. Savvy was very responsive to our questions/requests. There were service people on hand if needed.
We would definitely return here and recommend for families or everyone.

This property was just as advertised. The kitchen was well-appointed. The bedrooms were spacious and cozy. Our favorite space was the backyard; wonderful for being outside. Plenty of room to lounge in and out of the sun. The pool is a great size with the deep end around 8 feet. Even though it is near the airport, flight noises were minimal. Communication with the host was simple. This is not the fanciest place in Palm Springs, but it fit our family just fine.

Our stay at Azteca was better than expected. The house fit our family or 4 perfectly! The kids loved swimming in the pool and using the spa. We paid to heat the pool during our stay which was a good idea for us. The kitchen was fully stocked making it easy to cook, the beds were SO comfortable, and there were usable TVs in every room which we like. We will recommend this place to friends and would love to return sometime!

My family and I just wrapped up a week at this wonderful property in Palm Springs. We thoroughly enjoyed it and was the perfect getaway for the four of us. It’s in a great location with an awesome view of the San Jacinto Mountains in the back. Check-in was a breeze and the communication throughout was top-notch. We were never in need of anything. The interior of the house is really well-appointed with a great kitchen and an extremely comfortable living room. The bedrooms are very nice and well-kept. Great TVs throughout with plenty of viewing options... Netflix, Hulu, Prime, ESPN etc etc. The backyard is great with a patio dining table and lounge that we used throughout. And the pool is perfect. We paid for heating which made the pool usable 24/7, even in the chiller evenings. And the hot tub heats up extremely quickly and was great to have. Maybe the backyard and pool area could do with a little sprucing up. But honestly, the amenities are great and I would give this place an A+ rating. Would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

This is a great spot for a family getaway. The interior is cozy and stylish and there is plenty of room to spread out. The pool was warm (we heated it for the winter months) and surprisingly big. It’s easy to walk around the neighborhood and it’s relatively quiet. The team at Savvy was incredibly responsive and on top of everything. We hope to stay at Azteca again!

Savvy's place is fantastic. I would surely stay there again in the near future. Great location, excellent house, high quality amenities. Living room furniture, large TVs in all rooms, bunk bed in kids room, a nice fruit tree in the backyard, lot of lighting, fully loaded kitchen, high quality furniture, very calm neighborhood, terrific pool and spa, close to gas stations and groceries make this house a highly recommended place. You have to pay extra for heated pool, but its worth. It takes one full day for the heated pool to come warm, but after that its so warm and nice even on a very cold day. We stayed in this house for 5 nights and we enjoyed heated pool and spa every days. My kids thoroughly enjoyed. Swim toys and inflatables are additional attraction for this house. The house is super duper clean including bathrooms, kitchen, swimming area and common areas.

We LOVED this house and the pool and hot tub are a huge asset. It is well furnished, the beds are comfortable, it's well maintained, and we'll definitely be back. Our host, Alex, was super responsive. All in all, a GREAT house and great experience!
One thing to note is that having the pool heated is an extra per day charge (hot tub was heated). At first, we didn't do it but, after a few days, we decided to have it heated and we were then in the pool every day all the time! So I highly recommend having the pool heated during your stay!

My family and I had a wonderful time! The neighborhood felt safe, we were able to take our daily morning walks. It’s conveniently located, all within minutes drive to restaurants, downtown and grocery stores. The house is nicely updated, the sheets looked and smelled clean and their beds were comfortable! We enjoyed the heated pool and the hot tub. It is near the airport, you will hear airplane noise but overall, we enjoyed our stay and we would come back again.

I had a great experience staying at AZTECA. The place is spacious, fully featured and perfect for a relaxing stay. It has an eclectic decor, large common spaces, and great functional outdoor furniture. It’s centrally located for those wanting to go into town for a drink or a bite. During my stay I worked during the day and spent the afternoons by the pool and evenings in the hot tub. The service from SAVVY was top notch. I had a few minor concerns that were addressed quickly and to satisfaction. I would recommend the stay to anyone wanting to enjoy a relaxing stay in Palm Springs.

Our stay at the Azteca property was everything we hoped for and more! It was immaculate, spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped.
I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone looking for an all-around retreat in Palm Springs.

Overall: 5 Stars. Would rent again. Length of stay: 20 Days. Pros: House is accurately depicted on AirB&B; front door entry is frictionless; nice TV and good consistent WiFi; very comfortable beds in all 3 BRs; Master Suite and 2nd King Size BR are quite spacious; can opt to heat pool only for days it is used; good Trek trail bikes available for use on request; pool maintenance and gardeners came by several times and were fast and unobtrusive; mostly quiet neighborhood with great access to Interstate 10 and Highway 111 (Vista Chino); kitchen well equipped minus a couple of things, especially liked waffle iron and Keurig coffee maker; Savvy property management was professional and responsive. We were greeted personally upon arrival and they kept in touch throughout our stay.

Cons: No glass wineglasses in kitchen. Location is two miles from Palm Springs city center, a bit far to walk back and forth for dinner. Close to airport flight path (noisy) might annoy some. We treated it as a novelty and our 6 year old grandson loved it. These are minor. Azteca House suited our needs near perfectly.
