Casa del Sol House:

Stepping inside Casa del Sol, guests will find a spacious open living, dining, and kitchen area beautifully updated with modern high-end furnishings and bold pops of yellow. A cozy sectional sofa surrounds a large flat-screen TV in the living area from which guests can enjoy postcard-worthy mountain views. Gather for meals at a round dining table which seats 6 or a raised kitchen bar. The kitchen includes premium appliances and special touches like a wine chiller to keep prized bottles cool.

Guests staying in the primary bedroom will enjoy a king bed, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower, and sliding doors open to the courtyard. Two additional bedrooms, 1 with a king bed and the other with a queen bed, share a bathroom off the hallway.

The 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom casita has an interior finished in soothing shades of blue and gray. A combined bedroom and living space open to the courtyard with sliding glass doors. Mirrored closet doors reflect mountain and courtyard views. A cozy gray sofa sits at the foot of the queen bed and overlooks a flat-screen TV & desk with chair. A private bathroom has a glass-enclosed shower with separate sink area. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, a mini fridge, sink and additional bar seating. This luxurious space is perfect for those in your party looking for a bit of seclusion & privacy.

We are very pet friendly! We do ask for a $75 pet fee. This allows the cleaners to do an additional deep clean afterwards. Thank you so much for understanding.

We want our guests to enjoy the home and all of its amenities at its finest. If the pool being heated is something you would like to add, to get the most enjoyment out of your stay, please let us know prior to your arrival as it takes time for the pools to heat! Spa heating is complimentary!

Please note this service is an additional $149 added to your stay each night you use the pool heating service, a minimum of 2 nights is required.

*  The bathroom for these bedrooms has a shower with privacy glass.

*  BONUS ROOM has a dedicated workspace, video arcade machine and couch as well as a queen-sized Murphy bed to provide additional sleeping for 2 more if needed and is an ideal playroom for children. It also provides a view and direct access to the backyard.
