Extra Perks and Essentials:
For added convenience, the villa includes complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and coffee essentials. Families are welcome, with high chairs and Pack ‘n Plays available upon request, along with plastic-ware and board games for the kids. Please note that outdoor music is prohibited per Palm Springs city ordinance, ensuring a peaceful retreat for all.
Please be aware that an additional fee of $600/month applies for electric utilities. A security hold of $750 will also be processed five days prior to arrival and will be returned on the checkout day after inspection for damages. Renters must be at least 25 years of age as per Palm Springs regulations, and a pool heating fee applies if requested.

**Please note that OUTDOOR MUSIC IS PROHIBITED PER PALM SPRING CITY ORDINANCE. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People's noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. ANY FINES RELATED TO CITY ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS WILL BE PAID BY THE GUEST.**

As well as sanitized soft surfaces and upholstery.
Re-washed Dinnerware
Housekeepers re-wash all dinnerware, including dinner plates, glasses, coffee cups and silverware, between arrivals.
We have very high standards for our property and expect it to be spotlessly clean and ready for your arrival. If you find anything to be not up to scratch or if there are any items missing, please inform us as soon as possible.
