The second bedroom, equipped with a queen-size bed and a convenient working station, also includes a half bath for added privacy.

The property is thoroughly inspected before each guest's arrival, ensuring it is spotless and compliant with all safety requirements. We have high standards for maintaining our property, and should anything not meet your expectations, we ask that you notify us promptly.
Extra Perks and Essentials:
Fast Wi-Fi is readily accessible throughout Mountain View Villa, providing seamless connectivity during your stay. You'll also find a washer and dryer for your convenience, while additional amenities such as highchairs and Pack ‘n Plays are available upon request at no extra charge for families traveling with children. Please note that outdoor music is prohibited per Palm Springs City ordinance.
In order to rent this property, guests must be a minimum of 25 years old. An additional fee of $600/month for electric utilities will be required, along with a security hold of $750 processed five days prior to arrival, refunded on checkout day following a property inspection. An optional fee is available for heating the pool if requested at least 48 hours before arrival. A written contract is necessary, wherein guests must provide a government-issued ID and vehicle license plate numbers.

**Please note that OUTDOOR MUSIC IS PROHIBITED PER PALM SPRING CITY ORDINANCE. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People's noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. ANY FINES RELATED TO CITY ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS WILL BE PAID BY THE GUEST.**
**PLEASE NOTE: There will be an additional fee of $600/month for Electric utilities**

As well as sanitized soft surfaces and upholstery.
Re-washed Dinnerware
Housekeepers re-wash all dinnerware, including dinner plates, glasses, coffee cups and silverware, between arrivals.
We have very high standards for our property and expect it to be spotlessly clean and ready for your arrival. If you find anything to be not up to scratch or if there are any items missing, please inform us as soon as possible.
