Palm Paradise Pool Jacuzzi Pet Friendly

Met all my needs for entertaining families Outdoor activity space was exceptional and indoor space most accommodative. Kitchen equipment well supplied. Large hosting table on outdoor patio was especially a delight.
Both Airbnb and APEK Rental were outstanding communicators whenever questions came up. Highly recommend this rental for family groups.

We booked the property almost a year in advance to spend four weeks in Palm Springs and we’re so glad we did. We really enjoyed the house and property - the back yard was a resort on its own with sunny chairs by the pool, bocce, putting green and just green surroundings !
The house was great and comfortable. There were two of us consistently and then some days when we had 2-4 guests and the house never felt crowded. Rooms were spacious and well furnished.
Everything was no more than a 10 minute drive away - loved being able to get into Downtown Palm Springs while having our quieter spot to relax.

What a great place to stay for our Palm Springs vacation! Conveniently located, clean, and a beautiful outdoor space. Host was responsive when we had a couple of issues with hot tub. The house was generally well stocked but I would suggest adding a few more towels (especially for the kitchen), shower gels for bathrooms, a few updated pans and baking sheets, and darker curtains for bedroom privacy. Of course, those are just small things though! We enjoyed the outside area, pool, and hot tub. Lots of places to relax. Beds were comfy and our family of 6 had plenty of room. The neighborhood was cute and easy to get in and out of to go explore the area. Wonderful home for a family to enjoy!

The house is perfect for 6 people ! We had everything we needed and the host responded very quickly if we did have any questions. It’s about an hour walk from downtown, so renting a car (or getting Ubers ) is something you would have to do . We loved the outside living space for relaxing and eating . All the features of this property are excellent. Great stay and would love to come back .

We recently had the pleasure of staying with Apek Rentals, and our experience was quite a journey! Our first rental property exceeded all of our expectations. We absolutely loved enjoying the various areas it had to offer, especially the chef's kitchen, which was a dream for cooking enthusiasts like us, and the pool and jacuzzi that provided the perfect relaxation spots.
However, when we extended our stay into a second property, we faced some challenges. Unfortunately, there were issues with the AC, jacuzzi, and general maintenance that somewhat disrupted our experience. While the host was very responsive and attentive to our concerns, we truly wished the property had been better maintained. It’s such an enchanting place, and we wanted to enjoy every moment without interruptions.
Despite these hiccups, we are still grateful for the overall vacation and the memories we created. We will definitely consider booking with Apek Rentals again in the future, hoping for a smother visit.

This home was everything you can ask for. It was spacious, comfortable, clean, peaceful and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and respectful. We had a little issue with the shower in one of the restrooms but the maintenance crew came to fix it the next day. Truly enjoyed this home!!!

Fun, cozy place. My children enjoyed their stay, especially the pool. I would like to add that the floatie toys were falling apart and I also couldn’t find a pump to fill any deflated floaties. Also, pet bowls weren’t provided as described to be under the sink. Nevertheless, the place was a neat getaway and we had a great time.

This house was great! We loved all of the outside areas where our group could hang out together or have some alone time. Bottom line...we loved the pool! It has benches and a shallow area for lounging and was not in direct sun. The interior of the house was exactly as pictured. The only flaws were some of the outlets didn't work. And we lost a day of power due to the power company shutting it off from 9am-7pm. It wouldn't have been an issue except we had just purchased groceries before the power went off. It would have been nice to have some notice. Overall we would definitely recommend or stay at the property again.

Great place to rent for a family. Good location— close to stores and restaurants. Great yard with lots to do. House is decorated in cute mid-century decor. Stocked with everything you need. Plenty of room for everyone. Clean and organized. Rental company is great to work with and very attentive and responsive.

The house was great - but right under the flight path for the airport which made it VERY loud. Planes woke us at 6am on both Saturday and Sunday mornings. Otherwise an awesome house.

This was our second visit and Joshua was a wonderful host. He is very responsive and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was wonderful. He reached out to make sure everything was well and sent over a fan because one of the rooms was a bit warmer than the rest with ac on. Granted, it’s Palm Springs and it was 110-112 degrees while we were there, but we were so grateful to have Joshua set us up with a fan to cool off the room. Very family friendly home. Mini golf, foosball table, jenga, indoor games for the family, jacuzzi, and of course the pool. Absolutely wonderful location.

We had a great time! The kids (aged 4 and 2) had an absolute blast with all the outdoor activities in the backyard. Kept them occupied for hours and tired them out! Exactly what we needed. We already want to go back! Highly recommend :)

Great spot if you have kids - pool, hot tub, putting green, foosball, board games. Short drive to downtown Palm Springs. Close to grocery stores. Lots of good recommendations in the house binder. Very clean. Enjoyed all the amenities. Our host was very good with communicating and providing information on the house.

We had the best time at Joshua’s Air BNB. Our reservation at our original hotel was cancelled due to overbooking and we were able to book this Air BNB immediately. Joshua let us check in early which was so helpful since we had nowhere to go. The house was pristine and had every amenity you could think of; pool, firepit, mini-golf, etc. The neighborhood is a 10 min drive from the downtown area and is in a peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend staying here!!!

We had a wonderful time at Joshua’s home in Palm Springs. The house has many different areas to enjoy outside and soak in the mountains and sun. The hot tub was wonderful and we would cold plunge in the pool to wake up for the day. It is very close to a lot of fun activities, like the tram, the art museum, hiking and more. We would definitely recommend for groups, it’s hard to leave!

The check in was completely automated, and there was an electronic board mounted on the wall with property information, local recommendations, the property manager's contact info, and express check out feature. Lots of games to play at the house but also in close proximity to local attractions and restaurants. Beds and linens were really comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms were newly remodeled and well appointed. The property provided very nice amenities like higher end lotion and bath products. Some signs of age in areas (a touchy bathroom door for instance), but overall very nice and clean. Palm Springs prohibits all music from being played outdoors, but that's universal throughout the City and not the fault of the owner. It's just something to think about if you are considering renting in Palm Springs.

Honestly, one of the nicer places I’ve stayed at throughout my Airbnb journey. It’s perfectly located, has a ginormous backyard (pool, hot tub, golf thing, like 4 areas to chill), and is updated well throughout the inside. This is an amazing place and I can’t wait to stay here again.

Joshua’s place is amazing! We loved everything- the pool, fire pit, putting green, all the outdoor lighting and decor. Our two dogs loved to play in the backyard! We were so excited (and a bit surprised by our luck!) to find this rental for a last minute family getaway. The home and host were incredible, everything we could have asked for and more. The house is well-appointed with endless opportunities for entertainment and relaxation. The living spaces are all kinds of comfy and the outdoor areas are tons of fun! This place is the perfect getaway for big groups.
The pictures are accurate to what the house looks like. The furniture and linens exceeded all of our guests expectations, so comfortable. Extremely well decorated and had everything we needed.
The outside has so many different seating areas to hang out in and different activities to do.
The pool is perfectly in the shade so it does not get to hot and is equipped with so many pool toys.
Everyone in my group would defiantely come back and did not want to leave

This property is STUNNING and accurately described/photographed. It's a beautiful place to relax with friends and family. The property is conveniently located because it is a quick car ride to the cute restaurants/bars/shops in Palm Springs. Josh was very attentive while we were staying onsite. Beautiful home! Everything is close bye and the vibe of the house is just wonderful for a group of friends looking to relax. Had lots of fun and a great time in the salt water pool and the jacuzzi was amazing! Joshua and his staff were super supportive the entire trip and before hand.
My only critics are the bugs that make this irritating sound but they calm down throughout the day. Secondly, a few things didn’t work like the dish washer and a few decorative lights were missing batteries. The wifi was pretty terrible but I just used my hot spot. Minor things in all honesty! And they offered to send someone to fix it immediately, but no worries from my group.
Overall, would love to stay again, next time longer!

This house is a great place to kick back for a few days. Plenty of things to do without ever even needing to leave the property. From horseshoes and foosball to the super inviting pool and firepit, it's everything you need to enjoy the outdoors.
Interior is decorated lovely and has everything you need for a stay. The beds are SOOOO comfortable.
I would definitely stay here again.

The house has everything you need with lots of outdoor room for activities! It’s in a prime location - less than 10 mins from downtown, making it convenient to go to the local restaurants and shops. They have an outdoor mural wall which is the perfect photo opp moment. And the backyard has a very private feel with lots of shade by the pool which helps with the desert heat. Josh was a great host and was very communicative. Highly recommend this place to stay with friends or family for your Palm Springs getaway!

This place is everything that you could ask for and more!! The location is centrally located, close to the heart of Palm Springs. There are lots of restaurants nearby to eat at and a supermarket 5 minutes away if you choose to cook in the full kitchen or use the outdoor grill. It’s also only a 10 minute drive from the airport!
Most importantly it is clean, well maintained & can handle a large group. The outdoor space is amazing and has something for everyone. The pool, jacuzzi, putting green & dining area were all a big hit with us. The check in & out process was also smooth. Don’t hesitate booking this place when traveling to Palm Springs!

This home was perfect for what we were looking for. My son wanted a pool home in Palm Springs and this was beyond our expectations. Not only was the pool perfect for kids (about 5ft the entire length, but the set up with the fire pit, Foosball table, mini golf, Jenga, outdoor eating, etc....... was perfect. A lot of different outdoor seating/ relaxing options. The home smelled great as soon as you walked in. It was decorated beautifully and the kitchen was stocked with everything necessary to cook, which was our plan. The fact that they allow pets was a bonus and we'll definitely stay here again in the future. This is a great home all year long!

Josh's place is GREAT! First time I've stayed at a non-reviewed place, but his other homes have great reviews and I'm went for it!
Location was very close to the grocery store, and maybe 8 min from downtown. Quiet street, didn't see or hear many people or cars. It's clean, and well furnished. The furnishings were very comfortable - not cheap and not overly designed - really felt like you could nest and be at home. House layout and space was great, definitely would fit 4 couples or a few families. Kitchen was very well stocked, including random things you don't realize you need like toothpicks and candles. Putting a car in the garage, with a remote, was also convenient. Beds and linens were great, towels abundant.
The outdoors was fabulous - huge table, outdoor grill (it works!), hottub (also works!), grass areas for the pup to fetch. The pool was nice, doesn't have a deep end which we enjoyed and the tanning pad was GREAT to simmer in. Tons of cute areas to relax, read, wine and dine. Was also very private with the landscaping so didn't seem like anyone could see into any part of the yard. Also, every door except the garage door landed you in the enclosed yard (including front door) which is a great perk with pets or kids.
Definitely would stay again.
