This home is set in the historic Racquet Club Estates neighborhood, surrounded by other vintage Alexander homes, in a quiet and clean residential area. Victoria Park, perfect for children, is just two blocks away. Downtown Palm Springs and the Agua Caliente Casino are less than five minutes by car.
Transit
The house is about 10 minutes away from the airport. Uber and Lyft are affordable and convenient ways to get around the area. If you need a rental car while you're here, ask about our Mini Coop Convertible or our Tesla Model Y (7-seater).
Other Things To Note
We’re excited to welcome you to our home! Since we’ve outfitted the home with a lot of premium features and amenities, we provide all of our guests with accidental damage protection to cover any minor accidents that happen during your stay. That said, we ask that you let us know immediately if something gets broken or damaged so we can take the appropriate steps to get it fixed and/or replaced before the next guests arrive. This IS NOT a party house but we understand that accidents do happen.
BOOKING POLICIES
1. One dog is allowed for a flat fee of $150 per stay. No cats allowed.
2. Guest count must be accurate, as pricing varies based on the number of guests.
LOCAL REGULATIONS
1. Booker must be 25 years or older.
