Beautiful backyard, ideal for outdoor living. Large kitchen area, easy for 3 people to be working in it. All accommodations were A+.. Had an unexpectant issue with a broken water pipe. A big thumbs up for the APEK team. They responded rapidly and took care of the issue in a timely manner. Gave us a full refund for our unused time plus. I highly recommend any properties that APEK repersents.

Super nice home and location. The outdoor space is beautiful! The only minor thing was the decor. Paintings are not children friendly. Other than that it was perfect!!! We will definitely rent it again.

We enjoyed our stay at Fig Ranch, the area was peaceful, the garden and pool area were very private and we loved relaxing outside. The house had plenty of spare linen, games to play, magazines to read and extras such as coffee, tea, kitchen towels, washing powered ext that are not normally provided in Air B&B properties!

Do yourself a favor and stay at Fig Ranch! You will not be disappointed as the host has thought of everything you might need. The house and yard are exactly as the photos show: sparkling clean and cheerfully decorated. Beds are so comfy, tons of kitchen appliances and cookware, and the refrigerator ice/water dispenser works(a hard find at rentals)! Have your morning coffee in the cabana and watch the sunrise. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and charming. Such a pleasure to stay here. Thank you Joshua for your attention to detail.

This house was so wonderful! Exactly as pictured, possibly even cuter. Well appointed, anything you might need in the kitchen, or backyard, it’s probably there. The backyard is an amazing get away all in its own. Some fun details in the house. ? Can’t wait to book again next year for our annual PS vacation.

We absolutely loved staying at The Fig Ranch. Wow the inside of the property was beautiful and immaculate. The outside area with pool and chill areas were just stunning. We loved every second there as a family and did not want to leave! Something very special about this property and I am certain we will return in the future. Great host in Joshua very attentive and always there if we needed anything. Loved it thank you!

We had a great and relaxing time at Joshua’s listing. It was exactly what we were looking for. The place was beautiful and as described in the listing, well equipped kitchen, quiet neighborhood but close to downtown PS, supermarket in walking distance and Joshua was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again when we are coming to PS next time.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Fig Ranch! The house was super comfortable and had everything we needed for our 5-day stay. The outdoor space was truly stunning - the pool, hot tub, and variety of lounge seating provided us with ample space to unwind and relax. The location was also super convenient - a short drive to plenty of restaurants and downtown. Highly recommend staying here if you are in Palm Springs!

The Fig Ranch is perfect for a “staycation”. The amenities that this location had to offer, are unmatched. Joshua was helpful and prompt with response times. We will definitely be coming back.

Nous avons passé un superbe moment a Fig Ranch. Tout etait exactement comme sur les photos. Impeccablement propre. La cuisine et les salles de bains sont toutes bien équipées. Mon fils a adoré les jeux. La piscine et le jardin sont superbes et l'environnement est extrement calme. Très utile egalement de pouvoir rentrer la voiture dans le garage. Je recommande à 200%.

we had the most amazing time in Palm Springs at the Fig ranch! The house was so comfortable and beautifully decorated. I loved all the furnishings, modern art, and comfortable layout. The private backyard was my favorite part of the house - it had a sparkling pool/spa and incredible mountain views. I spent most of my time outside lounging on the pool floats and soaking up the sun. While others opted to flex their culinary chops in the fully furnished kitchen (kitchen aid mixer and all!). Loved the cozy outdoor gazebo!

Fig Ranch was a great place to stay. Watching the sun set behind the mountains with a glass of wine was the perfect start to our night. The house's open floor plan allowed us to easily flow between the kitchen, the living room, and the outdoor dining area while making dinner which made for an absolutely charming evening. When we were ready to hit the town, the bars were a quick Uber ride away, and that short ride was even more appreciated when we were ready to wrap up our night. Be sure to enjoy your morning coffee in the backyard bungalow where you'll feel like a Disney princess when the hummingbirds stop by to say hello!

Joshua was a great host. Very responsive and helpful. The place was in a nice location with great views of the snow capped mountains. The pool area was really nice, kitchen and bathrooms had modern touches, and the house was close to food and shopping. Had fun! ?
