Casita Cerritos Pool Jacuzzi and Pet Friendly

The outdoor living space was incredible! Loved the pool, hot tub, lounge area and barbecue. Location was great - 10 mins drive to downtown. The kitchen was well equipped too. The pull out couch was very small and definitely not comfortable for an adult to sleep on. Would be ok for a child maybe but that could have been clearer in the listing that it’s not adult sized. Also weirdly both lamps in one of the rooms didn’t work.

Our family enjoyed our stay. There were a few issues with the pool- a breaker was tripped by construction in the area and the Apex team seemed to think we just didn’t know how to work the pool heater vs. there being something wrong. After much back and forth, they proactively sent pool maintenance to assess and fix the issue. We had a few other issues like no stopper in the tub for baths and a slow drain in the shower but overall, the home was comfortable and in a convenient location.

This was a great Airbnb. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.
Only con was the annoying way you have to text the management company about the hot tub anytime you need it turned on. Plus, they’re super sassy when you ask (like you’re an inconvenience).
Overall though, i would definitely stay again. The location was perfect and home was well cared for.

This Palm Springs home was a perfect place for our girls getaway! Enjoyed the pool and the amenities the house had. Plenty of room for the four of us. Cute decorations and vibe! Will recommend to friends and family that are looking for a place to stay!

We loved our stay here! The house was comfortable and set up nicely! The outdoor patio and pool spectacular! Spent most of our time enjoying the nice weather and pool! Easy access to downtown and restaurants. Great communication with host. Look forward to staying here again!

We really enjoyed Joshuas home. Very clean, loved that the home was not only beautiful, but fully stocked with anything you could possibly need in the bath&kitchen. His property manager Isaiah was quick to come with any issue we had . Joshua addressed issues quickly
CONS:
Couldn’t log into WIFI, info given was incorrect.He controls pool /Jacuzzi remotely. Listing said Jacuzzi heating included during entire stay, was required text him to turn on 1/2 hour before each use.Took longer than 1/2 hr to heat ,no bubbles ,never heated pass warm.
Paid additional $99 to heat the pool ,had to txt Him at 10 am to turn the pool on which took quite a while to heat and warmed by 1pm. We got 1/2 a day in the pool.
The BBQ didn’t turn on because needed new batteries in the igniter, shower handle was broken could not get water to come on ,so Isaiah came out to show us how to turn it on w/ care. Did not enjoy bothering them so much for issues that could’ve been addressed before we arrived.

This home was a dream. It's comfortable and cozy. The house was so clean and well maintained that even the garage smelled good! All the appliances were clean and taken care of. The location of the home is right off of a main street which makes it easy to get everywhere. The home was quiet and peaceful. Our family enjoyed this home and had a great time. Thank you Josh and team for being attentive and providing a clean and safe space for my family and I to enjoy.

Joshua was very friendly, helpful and responsive. Whenever my group asked a question, we got an answer from Joshua right away. The location was amazing, safe and quiet at night. The property is extremely sound proof, cannot hear anything outside if all the doors were closed. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay at Casa Cerritos and felt right at home. The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry were more impressively appointed than at any other home in which we have rented! The location was very convenient to the places we frequent and although it is very close to the airport flight path this never was any problem and posed no impediment to our enjoyment of the beautiful outdoor space.

Stayed at Joshua's house for two nights for a girl's trip to Palm Springs. Super cute house -- very clean and spacious. Loved the retro decor! The backyard is fabulous -- pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, and lots of seating. I wish we had booked another day to enjoy the backyard as the weather warmed to 80 degrees. The only issue we had with the property was the guest shower didn't work. We're all close friends so we just took turns using the master shower which was no big deal. I'm sure Joshua will have the shower fixed for his next guests. Overall, it was a wonderful weekend. We enjoyed his lovely home and would come back again.

Our group had 4 adults, and three kids, two are under 2. Joshua and his team made sure we had what we needed (extra crib and highchair) within a day of arrival. The house was clean & there were minimal home decor items to tuck away from the littles and that made relaxation easy. Blackout curtains helped the littles get good naps in. We found corn hole and giant connect four, along with pool floaties in the garage. A decently outfitted kitchen made preparing meals super easy.
Based upon the weather forecast, we opted for pool heating for the whole week stay. It was a great upgrade choice, but since we didn’t realize the pool and spa could not both be heated at once, it took us a few days to get the schedule down with the host. He was patient with us and responded quickly to our unending requests for bubbles, lights, etc.
Overall location was ok for us. We strolled the neighborhood with the kids and did a few day trips to nearby attractions. Utilized food delivery & nearby grocery.

All in all, a nice relaxing stay. The home is beautifully appointed with a well stocked kitchen and lots of bar supplies. Definitely set up well for groups with tons of different seating areas. Though this stay was just me and my dog, I could see returning for a girls trip and having a blast.
Joshua is clearly a professional who cares that guests are satisfied. There was an initial issue with the hot tub and he worked diligently and communicated frequently to resolve the issue. I also extended my stay for an extra day, and Joshua provided necessary info about additional cost and how to pay quickly and clearly. I appreciated the ease of the app to request an early check in. The patio is cheerful and a great place to enjoy meals or read. Though the house is close to the airport, the plane noise didn’t bother me at all.

Josh was a great host with great properties to choose from.
I needed somewhere to recharge and have some peace, while also being in the middle of everything for work. This allowed me to do that. Josh has a great eye for setting his places up to be welcoming retreats. He had thought of everything so I did not have to, even the awesome selfie wall.
I will definitely use this location again and will also look towards his other properties throughout the valley when I need a change of scenery.
